Paradigm Assess provides an independent analysis of your organisation's IT Service Management capabilities so you understand where you are now vs. where you want to be.

The assessment benchmarks your business' current IT Service Management against leading industry standards, including ITIL® (IT Infrastructure Library) and MOF® (Microsoft® Operating Framework), potentially supporting your business strategies for ISO20000 accreditation.

Paradigm Assess is a flexible offering, enabling your organisation to choose from 3 levels of service. Your business can choose the level which is most suitable for its own particular business requirements; whether it is reviewing an existing process, implementing full service management or simply looking at the possibility of a service management programme in the future.

All 3 levels of service conclude with a management report. The report varies in the level of detail depending on the service, but all give a prioritised list of recommendations that can be actioned by your own staff or in partnership with Paradigm.

Paradigm Assess can be undertaken as a stand-alone project. It does however, provide the perfect platform from which to launch a Service Management programme; giving tangible results that can help get the subject higher up the Board Level agenda, as well as providing the benchmark results required to measure progress on an ongoing basis.
