paradigm establish - the process

 
 

Paradigm Establish's services are carried out in 2-3 stages. These are carried out both on- and off-site and are designed to cause minimal disruption to your business.

Scope
At the start of any Paradigm Establish project, the consultant(s) will scope out the project considering the people, process and technology deliverables and clearly defining the implementation objectives so that these can be formally agreed.

Implement
Paradigm would then set about establishing the processes into the organisation.

To do this, in-house training workshops would be organised for any employees affected. These workshops ensure that employees understand any processes that affect them, and their specific responsibilities.

Training is also carried out in any new tools that have been implemented as part of the overall process. For example, if a new technology solution has been implemented to measure and report operational efficiency, Paradigm will organise the necessary training for all staff involved.

Review and Measure
Once the individual process, or set of processes has been implemented, Paradigm will review them to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively against your project requirements. In the event that there are some issues that need smoothing out, the consultant will revise the process accordingly.

After the Paradigm Establish project has been completed, Paradigm can continue to measure progress, using your initial assessment results as a benchmark against which to monitor any changes in performance.
